ST. LOUIS, December 18, 2025 — Atlas Digital Group, the leader in omnichannel customer acquisition and commerce for the broadband industry, and GLDS, a global provider of subscriber management, billing, and service delivery solutions, today announced an expanded partnership designed to increase joint market presence and drive accelerated growth for broadband operators.
Building on a successful integration of GLDS’ MyBroadbandMarket™ and Digital Atlas’ CORE products announced in 2024, the companies have formalized an expanded partnership that reflects the evolution of their relationship from product collaboration to coordinated go-to-market execution.
Since the initial integration of Atlas CORE with the GLDS BroadHub® B/OSS platform, the combined solution has been deployed by multiple fiber and broadband operators, enabling faster customer acquisition, automated order flows, same day self-serve eCommerce activations, and improved visibility across the sales lifecycle. These real-world deployments have validated the value of the partnership and created momentum for deeper collaboration.
Under the expanded agreement, Atlas Digital Group will serve as GLDS’ preferred eCommerce integration partner for sales enablement and automated order flows. The companies will collaborate on joint initiatives including thought leadership, webinars, industry events, and coordinated digital campaigns, highlighting best practices and customer success across the broadband ecosystem.
“Our relationship with GLDS has grown organically through execution and results,” said Mark Mihalevich, Founder and CEO of Atlas Digital Group.
“This next phase reflects what happens when two teams are aligned not just technically, but commercially. As Atlas continues to scale, this partnership allows us to jointly engage the market in a more intentional and impactful way.”
“Atlas has proven to be a strong partner with a deep understanding of how broadband operators grow,” said Garrick Russell, President of GLDS.
“By expanding our collaboration and further aligning our development efforts, we’re making it easier for providers to operate on a more tightly integrated platform that combines best-in-class operations with modern customer acquisition, backed by teams that know how to deliver.”
The Atlas CORE and GLDS BroadHub integration is currently live with operators including Ezee Fiber, Gateway Fiber, MidSouth Fiber, and GVEC, supporting sales channels ranging from eCommerce and inbound sales to door-to-door teams, while eliminating manual handoffs between front-office and back-office systems, across multiple technologies supporting fiber, wireless and cable technologies. The joint platform seamlessly enables digital customer acquisition, lead management, automated workflows, and order delivery, allowing broadband providers to manage both eCommerce and service delivery with automated scheduling and self sign-up.
The expanded partnership underscores a shared commitment to helping broadband operators scale efficiently, reduce operational friction, and convert more addresses into revenue.
Atlas Digital Group’s mission is to empower broadband operators to turn every address into revenue—simplifying growth, accelerating performance, and operationalizing excellence across the entire customer journey. Founded in 2017, Atlas has generated more than $2 billion in lifetime revenue for regional broadband operators across North America by unlocking omnichannel sales performance.
